What is included with the venue rental?
Your venue rental includes full access to the venue, including The Manor House with wedding suites and private pool, outdoor ceremony gardens, indoor ceremony chapel and a 9,000 square-foot ballroom. We will provide all of your tables, chairs, linens, napkins, china, glassware and silverware. You can start your wedding day preparations as early as 10am on wedding day! In addition to wedding day, your rental includes a one-hour photo session for you to use for engagement, save-the-date or private portraits. These must be scheduled in advance and are offered on week days only.

How long do we have the venue?
Full access to Manor House, Chapel, and Lakeside Ballroom beginning at 10AM. When approved, additional hours past midnight can be added for $500/hour. There is a five hour GUEST time policy meaning that from the start to the end of an event must occur within a five hour time period for no additional charge. We allow for additional guest time hours to be added to an event lasting more than five hours for an additional fee. Additional hours are billed at a rate based on staffing required for that specific event – it is not a flat fee. This five hour guest time policy does not affect your ability to arrive on site at 10AM

Can we choose our own vendors?
The only vendor we require you to use is our in-house caterer, Beyond the Box. You are welcome to choose any other vendor you would like! We have a preferred vendors list that we are happy to share with our booked couples as well.
We strongly recommend hiring a planner or month of coordinator to help your day run perfectly! We do not assist with executing ceremony or other timeline details.

How does catering work?
Beyond the Box is our exclusive caterer. They offer a wide variety of menu options, suitable for every budget and palate.  No outside catering is allowed, however you can get your wedding cake from your bakery of choice. Beyond the Box offers complimentary cake cutting with their services. You do not need to reach out to Beyond the Box directly - in addition to the venue, The Belle Manor team works with you on all details for catering.

Are tours offered on the weekends?
We do not offer tours on event day, giving our couples privacy and full access to the venue on their big day. We open our doors once a month on a Saturday or Sunday for open tours - these dates are announced on our website and social media at the beginning of each month.

Are there wedding suites?
Yes, The Belle Manor's 7,000 square foot Manor House features private bridal and groom suites.  The lower level of The Manor House serves as the bridal suite with full salon and spa.  The second level of The Manor House serves as the groom's suite, complete with poker room, pool table, bar and its own private entrance! 

Are there any decorating restrictions?
The usage of live flame candles in centerpieces is permitted only with approval from The Belle Manor personnel.  All candles must be contained in a glass container taller than the flame.

No rice, glitter, confetti or other unapproved "celebration materials" shall be allowed inside or outside the facility.
Sparklers are allowed if a burn ban is not in place.
No nails, staples, screws, pins, tape or adhesive of any kind may be put into walls, ceilings or floors. No adhesive tapes including scotch, masking, and duct tape may be placed on any surfaces.​

Can we provide our own alcohol?
You have the option of choosing a bar package from Beyond the Box, or supplying your own beer, wine and liquor for your event. A corkage fee will be applied for any events providing their own alcohol. Alcohol must be served by TABC certified bartenders provided by Beyond the Box and alcohol must be removed after your event. Shots are never allowed. Beyond the Box will package all of your remaining alcohol at the end of the evening. 

Does the venue offer linens?
Yes! Ivory polyester linens and napkins are included with your venue rental. Additional colors and fabrics are available as an upgrade.

​Do I have to hire Security Guards or Police Officers for my event?
All events require security on site. Beyond the Box will hire all security at the expense of the client. Security will be included as a line item on the catering invoice.

​​​Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 5% discount on any full priced venue rental for our first responder, military and teacher couples. This discount only applies if the engaged couple is/are a first responder, military member, or teacher - parents, siblings, or other relatives/friends do not qualify for the discount on behalf of the couple. This discount can only be applied to a date with a venue price that does not yet have a discount or special rate applied.

How do payments work?
We have very flexible payment plans. It is just a $500 deposit to save your date, followed by monthly payments. Your $500 deposit counts towards your venue fee. Venue fee must be paid in full 60 days prior to wedding day. Catering deposit must be paid no later than 3 months prior to wedding day. Your tasting will be scheduled once the catering deposit has been paid. Catering must be paid in full two weeks prior to wedding day.
