As the venue manager, you will work directly with Stevie to book The Belle Manor and arrange any other vendors. Stevie will be your main point of contact for all pricing, venue availability, and general venue questions.
Douglas has been in the wedding and event business for nearly 20 years, catering and hosting hundreds of weddings and events every year. He is here to ensure that all clients have the best experience from start to finish.
Lori will lead the venue and catering staff on the day of your event and ensure that everything is perfect for your big day. She will work alongside your planner to execute the event. Lori will be on-site two hours prior to event time and will be available to answer any question or help with any issue that may arise.
Kirstin will be at the venue prior to your arrival and will be your liaison for any needs or questions you might have on the day of your event. She will be at the event with you to act as a point of contact between all of the vendors and the venue to help ensure that nothing is missed and everything goes as planned.
Spanish Translator / Client Relations
Diana is the point of contact for all clients that prefer Spanish communications. If you have chosen to utilize her services, she will be available at the venue during the day of your event to help with anything you need to make your party one to remember!
